Privacy Policy

1. Scope and General Description of this Policy

Welcome to our Product.

We value users’ personal privacy and information security, and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide or generate while using our services through reasonable measures.

This Policy describes how we collect, process and protect your personal information, as well as matters relating to your relevant rights during product operation. Please read this Policy carefully and fully understand its content before using the services provided by our Product.

This Policy applies to the Product and all services offered by our affiliates. For services with separate standalone privacy policies to which this Policy does not apply, their respective separate privacy provisions shall prevail.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Information

2.1 Account Profile and Personal Settings

When you register for an account on our Product or voluntarily use certain services, we will automatically save the information you fill in or submit, including your username, avatar and email address.

We will also collect corresponding information when you adjust your account profile, such as modifying your avatar or username. Such information will be used to supplement and complete the personal profile created upon registration, and help identify and prevent potential account security risks.

Some service functions require the above information to work properly. Therefore, if you decline to provide relevant information, part or all of the product functions may be restricted.

2.2 Usage Records and Device Logs

To understand the actual usage of the Product, we may collect non-sensitive data generated during your use of services such as preference information and browsing history, so as to deliver a more personalised user experience.

Meanwhile, the system will automatically generate and record relevant logs when you access or operate our Product, including the following information:

  1. Device and software data: information about your mobile device, browsers and other programs used to access the service, as well as IP address, device version, device identifiers and device configuration.
  2. Content usage data: your in-app viewing history, viewing duration, unlocked content, and records of virtual currency earned and consumed.

The above logs record information generated when you use our Product and related services.

2.3 Information Required for Specific Services

Certain functions or transactions require additional information. For example, to complete transactions or use specific features, we may ask you to provide payment details or other necessary information.

2.4 Purposes of Information Processing

We use collected information mainly for the normal operation, security assurance and experience improvement of product services, specifically including:

  1. Service operation and maintenance: supporting the provision, daily maintenance and continuous improvement of product functions.
  2. Account verification and security management: verifying user identity, conducting risk defence, fraud detection and data backup to safeguard product security and service quality.
  3. User support: providing customer support and relevant assistance to users.
  4. Experience optimisation: improving product design, service quality and personalised experience by analysing user behaviour.
  5. Notifications for information and campaigns: sending users notifications about product updates, content updates and marketing activities.
  6. Personalised advertising: displaying ads tailored to user preferences based on relevant information, instead of generic ads delivered to all users.
  7. Legal and regulatory compliance: fulfilling obligations under applicable laws and regulations and responding to legitimate official requests.
